Hearing, seeing, and feeling God
This is an adorable read that provides a spiritual uplift. It encourages the readers, both young and old, to be kind, to feel kindness around us, to love and to be loved, to open our eyes and see the beauty around us, and to "listen" by recognizing the presence of God around us. The illustrations complement the text well. A great read!

Ledon's carefully-written text invites us all into the wonder of listening for the voice of God in each thing we do. She makes this act of hearing seem natural and everyday, for anybody; in nature, in the love of others, in silence, God is always speaking. Then, when you add the glorious illustrations and rich colors, you're holding a treasure that can be read by any age and any number of times without becoming boring or stale. The invitation is extended to anticipate hearing this voice, not with our ears, but with our attention. It's a beautiful book, and a treasure for all who read it.

This is a magical book to help build confidence and love in young children. The story is simple but tells and important message that kids will enjoy hearing/reading. And, the illustrations are just beautiful. This makes a meaningful gift for baby showers or young kids birthdays.
