Silvia is a bilingual educator, speaker, award-winning author, worship leader, and singer-songwriter. She and her husband, Juan, serve as missionaries, doing life with immigrant communities in Richmond, VA.
With 40 years of ministry experience, including roles as a worship leader, Bible study teacher, church planter, and women’s ministry leader, and over 30 years as an educator, Silvia brings both depth and vibrancy to every space she enters.
She is the author of The Voice of God, a children’s book designed to inspire spiritual formation in young readers.
Silvia is currently completing her training with the Renovaré Institute for Christian Spiritual Formation and will graduate in August 2025.

Co-led by Silvia Ledon and Stephanie Jenkins, Off the Page is a worshipful, story-rich experience designed to move faith from something we read about to something we actually live. Through honest teaching, original music, and Spirit-led reflection, women are invited into a space of freedom, joy, and meaningful connection with God, within themselves, and with one another.
Silvia and Stephanie bring decades of combined experience in ministry, education, social work, worship, and women's leadership. Their unique pairing creates a dynamic, heartfelt atmosphere that is both grounded and transformative; one where laughter, tears, reflection, and renewal are all welcome.
